I wasn't sure on how to navigate the next step i.e. finding a partner. The team at PMUK made it simple and explained everything.
They have helped me alot in terms of mindset and what to expect.
Any questions i've had have been answered thoroughly and professionally.
With individuals vetted it gives a peace of mind knowing that these people are serious and not time wasters.
I am more confident in this process than when i was when i first started due to the help and support the PMUK has given and continue to give and i know, it is only a matter of time before i meet my perfect match.

NOT AN ISLAMIC SERVICE BUT A MONEY MAKING SCHEME!
Signed up, Naseem will set up a meeting then at the end will tell you, you have to pay over £500 for a membership for courses about things you already know, even after letting them know you dont need the courses, they will push you away and completely change their attitude towards you. Its not a match making service but courses you have to buy!
UPDATED: After reading the reply by Naseem, I can confirm and have evidence that I never wanted them to work for free and actually sent her money right from the start (£99) which went into a 30 minute meeting, the money was completely wasted, when asked what the money was for, it was for Naseems 'time'.

PM UK is the first online marriage service I have ever used. Masha'Allah the service has been really good. Everything in the process of finding you a spouse has islamic values in mind. Bhaji Naseem is always available to provide help and support with any issues you have. I also would like to give lubna a huge mention, as she has always been very approachable and very helpful too. I believe lubna is a great asset to PM UK.

I have definitely been lost throughout this process. Brilliant at guiding you through the process and preparing you thoroughly for a meeting.

Alhamdhulillah the coaching sessions have been very good in my discovery process. Naseem is a lovely person, and easy to open up to.

I am having coaching sessions which have helped me tremendously. These sessions have helped me understand the changes that I needed to make within myself. I feel more confidence in myself and what I am looking for in a partner. At first I was a little bit dubious but glad I carried on with the sessions as it made me realise I did in fact need them.

Everyone at PersonalMatchUK are amazing, and are really supportive. You genuinely are looked after by a great team, who are interested in developing you on the journey in your search for the elusive one. I wish everyone good luck in their search.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone but I would especially warn a woman over 30 - they put you with anyone in your age group or older because there is less demand for women over this age.

They say they have a lot of matches for you but they have a limited number of people on their books so realistically they can't match your criteria. They ignore all your criteria and match you with anyone in your age group hoping it will work out or match you with someone who might meet your criteria but you do not meet theirs so it does not work out anyway.

Naseem is very aggressive and unprofessional and tries to manipulate and bully people into accepting matches - I would not trust her or the company in general.

They let me have my matches again after I complained but they delivered more of the same. They then matched me with someone 6 years younger who would not consider me a match. I agreed to speak to this person again after being encouraged to do so by a family member but this person clearly didn't think I was a good match for him either. It was evident that they didn't have any matches for me so I gifted my remaining two meetings to a younger girl in her early twenties and she didn't fare any better. I felt that the company catered for men, not women and they thought more about what the men wanted but that doesn't mean it works better for them, I don't know about their experience. As pointed out in a different review, the majority of clients must be female so there is an imbalance in the ratio, making it even more difficult for women.

You are better off praying and asking family and friends to look for you and if you're meant to find someone, you will - it is not worth attending their events in London and Glasgow for someone who you haven't seen and does not match your criteria.

I agree with another recent review - they prey on vulnerable people who are just trying to find a match but there is nothing personal about the way they try to match people. I would avoid this company, I feel like they use their "deen" to scam money out of people and - they charge you £500+ to match you with any random person on their books when you could find the same type of person and better in your own environment yourself.

Please ignore the response from Personal Match UK below, they will say anything to protect their "business" - this will be a waste of your time and money. I wouldn't trust the early reviews but also you can get anyone to leave you a positive review to counteract the more likely genuine negative ones 👇

Naseem give up please.... seriously. People do have more than 1 email address lol. I have 3 email addresses not that that i have to justify myself to you. You are using the same people to post numerous reviews on trust pilot. I think that is a bit dodgy, don't you! I found atleast 3 people posting reviews for your company after I sent my review, who have left 3 reviews withing 2-3 months. Very unrealistic. Why can't you take the bad feedback like an adult and deal with it. What's with all this denial. You cant be great in everyones eyes. Why do you get so defensive, it's my opinion and view on you and your company. This is what this site is for to leave honest reviews. Its funny all the reviews are on your coaching and nothing on finding a match. I'm sorry that you don't like what I'm saying but this is my opinion and I'm entitled to it. I have nothing to gain or lose by lying, how dare you insinuate that I'm lying about what I'm saying. I dont lie. Not in my nature. Allah is my witness so stop with the bullying and let me leave this feedback in peace. My rights.

People are free to read this and make there own minds. If I wanted to contact you I have your number, I do not want to speak to you and listen to your pointless worthless excuses. This is not cyber bullying, I provided details to trust pilot that is why they approved my review. Believe me 100% genuine. You are a patronising woman. Everyone has the right to speak. You are fabricating the truth. Again you are making excuses for your failure. Take the feedback and work on it.
I have done my research, The stats and information are correct. Get your facts rights. Stop brainwashing people into believing you, conning them out of thousands of pounds.

Update - naseem didn't like my review so flagged it as 'illegal and harmful'. Lol. Read my review below is it illegal or harmful? This is being honest. Trustpilot didn't think this so have posted my review. Thank you trustpilot. This is how she gets bad reviews removed from trust pilot and her website. She flags every bad review. If you are going to charge £900 for a handful of names then provide the service to go with it. Naseem take the constructive feedback and do something with it, better yourself and your business instead of making excuses. Clearly there are some fundamental gaps in your attitude and the way you work. Transparency and clear pricing would be a good start. I am leaving this post so that people can see and make there own minds about personal match UK. I don't want anyone to get ripped off by her. She has a way with words so be careful.

please do your own research on this company. Facebook page - personal match UK - PMUK scam and Reviews on other sites. They have fake reviews on trust pilot and on there website so you should ignore these. They have been investigated by Trading standards. Awful company who are targeting vulnerable people desperate to find a partner and trying to get your money. I was lucky I saw straight through them. They quote you a package based on your salary and how vulnerable you are. Package is ridiculously priced, I mean you are looking at 1000s of pounds. Naseem doesn't listen to your requirements she makes up her own mind on what you need. Database only holds approx 200-300 men and women and they have been in service for over 10 years. Not doing great clearly. Pricing is not visible on the website, I'm sure that is against the law. Please please do not sign up... she talks more about herself than you. Have started to taking coaching sessions with Naseem over the past month and have been really insightful and helpful. Has taught me more about myself than anything else and also has helped me in my meetings as the results have shown and so would definitely recommend this!

I have been taking coaching sessions from PM UK for a while now. I believe they are doing an excellent work in terms of coaching. The coach makes me think about things from a whole different perspective. During my coaching sessions, I have learnt about different things that are really important including good communication, describing experience, how to give a bad news etc. I would recommend this to anyone who is serious to learn about making and keeping a marriage. I still am in progress with this program.
