Had a terrible experience with Annie's Nightgown in burgandy, my expensive white linen sheets are now tinted with burgandy due to nightgown leeching color even after washed. Customer Service response: we don't consider this a defect, we don't have to communicate this to the customer, we won't help you in any way, we won't even provide a gesture of good will that we appreciate 20+ year customers....I only got "I will share with the feedback team" aka no one cares; never purchasing from this brand again!

I have the same experience as the previous reviewer. I wanted to return two jumpers, of different sizes, because the quality was not as expected. I have completed the returns process online, but was unable to print a returns label. I have phoned customer service twice, to request a returns label. Nothing. They are still sending out catalogues, wanting us to purchase stuff. But I am beginning to think Peruvian Connection is becoming a huge Ponzi scheme. I would recommend people not to buy....

To all the customers still waiting for a refund I am suffering an identical problem but because I purchased on a credit card my card provider has refunded the outstanding amount so at the moment I am at least not out of pocket however I still have an unwanted item waiting to be mailed back to USA

The Company has a problem with Returns and so you will not get your money back.
There is nothing on their website to say they have a problem with Returns.
If you buy a garment and you want to return it they are unable to give you a returns label because of an issue in the USA. As they cannot give you a label they are also unable to give you your money back.
They have had our money for over a month now and are still saying they have a problem.

I want to return an item that was considerably below the usual and expected quality from Peruvian Connection in last years. I was told there was a problem printing return labels which is ludicrous given that the cost of
a return is the customers responsibility. They just need to give out an address. It is two weeks and I have still not had a return label as promised. I am extremely concerned as I feel that somehow I am caught up in the problems the company may be having and may end up not in fact be given a refund for an expensive but poor quality dress. I would certainly not recommend buying from this company at this time and I have been a loyal shopper in the past.

I have been a happy customer of PC for over 20 years. This was the 1st time I've experienced any problem. There was a delay with returning something and then a delay in getting my refund. But its all been attended to now and I have received my refund with apologies for the delay. I have many garments by PC and love them. I WILL be ordering again soon. Please be aware that any items ordered cannot be returned at present. I have been waiting for weeks now to return some trousers but keep getting told that the Returns Portal is out of action and that I should be patient. Still, the company keeps advertising their products without being honest enough to admit that nothing can be returned at the moment.

Am still waiting for a refund 2 months after requesting one.
• 15/08/25 I purchased the Flanders Tank Dress
• 27/08/25 I received the dress via a FedEx shipment.
• 29/08/25 I contacted the store to request a return but was advised that their Returns Label process wasn’t working
• 01/09/25, the store strongly advised that I wait for the labels and customs declarations, as otherwise I would need to return the dress to an address in the Netherlands, at my own risk.
• 03/09/25, the store sent Royal Mail labels with bar codes that didn’t work.
• 07/10/25, the store shared an address in Huntingdon that I could post the return to at my cost. POD stated 08/10/25.
Today, 28/10/25, some two months on, I have not received a refund and my card issuer is invoking the "chargeback process" which they were unable to do whilst I still had the dress.

I ordered 2 expensive garments on 7 Sep, which I received via FedEx on 18th Sep 2025. But they did not fit and I applied to return them and get a refund. Despite a string of email communications to them their on line ordering ystem has not allowed me to get a returns label. I am concerned they have gone bust. I've been a regular customer of theirs for some years and this is very worrying. I'm left with 2 expensive garments I can't wear.

Wrong item - Tunic top - sent after 3 month wait for trousers. Included label said it was trousers!!
No returns label in package so phoned and asked for free returns label as PC's mistake not mine.
Had to reorder original item - trousers - which came a month later.
Have been trying to return wrong item ever since to get a refund. Now 5 months since first order for trousers.
Now told the system can't print returns label as it's not working and I'll have to wait. For how long I wonder?
I have an unwanted tunic mistakenly sent to me and PC have my money.
It is unethical to be sending out new catalogues if you have not got your returns system fully functioning.
Why is there not a printed returns label with every package like most catalogues?? Simpler than the current unworkable and non-functioning current online system? Get your act together PC

I’m still waiting for a refund from a purchase of a £200 dress in May. Peruvian connection have acknowledged the receipt of the dress returned as it was too large. Despite phone calls, there has been no refund. You should be aware that they are in breach of consumer law in that an online contract is subject to UK consumer regulations and consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days. I did this as evidenced by the return of the dress purchased. I was told that my refund was delayed due to a financial software system swap over and that my refund would be prioritised. This has not happened, the explanation is not credible given the length of time and it is unlawful .
I would not recommend buying expensive clothing from this company.
I intend to commence legal proceedings to recover the refund owed to me. I’m a solicitor and I imagine there are other people in similar situations.

My mother was a regular customer of Peruvian Connection. Sadly, she passed away in April - shortly after receiving her latest purchase from PC. I contacted PC and they eventually and reluctantly agreed to accept the return of the unopened package.
That was in early May. It is now mid Sept and I have still not received the refund - despite numerous reminders and emails to the Customer Service agent.
My next action is to involve UK trading standards as this is a ludicrous time to be left hanging when trying to deal with funeral arrangements, probate and distress. Well done Peruvian Connections!

I returned an item which they received on 6/12/2025. After numerous phone calls I still have not received a refund. Finally on 8/19 they offered to send a check for the amount, but as of 9/9/25 no check has arrived.

Finally received a refund of £1,350 for goods I returned in early June! TIP: Be a pain fellow sufferers. I wrote many, regular, factually correct but negative reviews on Trustpilot for the company under .co.uk and .com. Refund only came as I reported the Company to the FTC in the US and the to Trading Standards in the UK. ChatGTP will tell you how to do that. It's very simple. Money sent directly to my account but took nearly 2 weeks to arrive from when they said it had been transferred. Apparently due to the banking system yet when I transfer funds to the US in my line of work and personally it takes a fraction of that time. Still I got my refund!!

I have been a generally very satisfied customer of PC for years but no more. I am also still - in September - owed money (£180) for a dress I returned at the end of May and of which they acknowledge receipt. I have lost track of the number of e-mail exchanges we’ve had as I’ve chased my refund all to no avail. When I asked for a response from the person in charge, Melissa promised to refund me directly into my bank account within 3 - 5 days if I gave them the EBAN number. This I did but a month later there’s still no refund and the last I heard it was because I’d apparently given them incorrect details. Since I wrote attaching proof that the information I’d provided was correct there has been silence. They have now ignored three further chasers from me. Their catalogues now go into the bin.
