Amazing customer service.

Amazing customer service.

Called about a faulty garden sprayer, Louise immediately offered to send a replacement or refund. There wasn't any hassle an the service was friendly and efficient.

The pest control spray is also competitively priced and works!

Will definitely buy from Pest Expert again.

Awful customer service and dishonest/fraudulent listing

Ordered a kit on their website, rather than via Amazon, which listed 4 products each with a corresponding link for the product. The 4th link showed I would receive 3 traps + 10 pads. They delivered 1 trap + 1 pad and refused to supply the others, claiming the links are "for informational purposes only" (!) and I couldn't rely on them as being indicative of what they would send!! They actually have a product consisting of 1 trap + 1 pad but don't link to that one... hmmm, I wonder why they would deliberately link to a misleading one instead?

It's bad enough having a disingenuous if not downright dishonest website, but their customer service had a terrible attitude and was more interested in arguing than providing customer service and resolving the problem.

In the end it was pointless relying on logic or common sense so I flagged the transaction and misleading advertising with PayPal who agreed with me and promptly refunded. I note they have still kept the wrong link on their listing, what a surprise.

In summary a dishonest company unfortunately - definitely safer to order through Amazon, but I wouldn't ever use them again now.
