I asked this company to get rid of pests, & he asked what nationality they were!?

Shocking in this day and age, I would rather have cockroaches than invite this vermin into my domicile

Disgusting that people would try to ruin a person's business because they stated a fact. What can you say, a pest controller will always attract pests. Dont worry, you'll get rid of these ones too. Good luck for the future!

Very disappointed that you decided to spout of racial abuse on the company’s twitter profile. Upon further investigation I found that you are using the business account to follow hard core porn accounts. I also think it is very disappointing that you are telling people that this is a fake profile when in fact you have gone ahead and closed the account down on Twitter after threatening the person exposing you. I would warn against any potential clients using this company. It seems as though they can’t even deal with the pests within their own walls

Had a good experience with Pest Tec in dealing with a complex domestic mouse problem. The main positive was the service delivered by the operative Taylor. Taylor was very friendly and seemed to have a genuine determination to resolve our problem for us, regardless of how many times he needed to return or try something new.

AVOID!! AVOID!! I saw the reviews on google and thought this was a good company to sort my issue but the reviews are very misleading and I’m not sure how they’ve gotten high reviews given the service I received. I was promised that they would solve our insect infestation and keep coming back until it was sorted. That promise wasn’t kept and they made up excuses saying they didn’t agree to do that. Very rude as well and did the job in less than 20 mins - we have a large house and I find it very hard to believe that you could cover all those rooms in that time period. I noticed a lot of the rooms weren’t done properly and thoroughly and my concerns were brushed off. Overall, they were rude, provided terrible service, and worst of all, the infestation still lingers so I’m going to have to call someone else to sort it!

I could get into more detail about the issues I’ve had but I’ll leave it there - please find someone else to sort your problem out!

EDIT: I’ve not got the wrong company. I’m remaining anonymous as I don’t want to be identifiable by your company and want nothing more to do with it. I just thought I should warn others. I would urge you to work on yourselves rather than assume a customer’s complaint is fake or disingenuous.

Called Pest Tec out as i had rodent in my house. what a good guy to deal with. came out that day told me what he was doing and how he was going to do it. Offered a revisit but he got rid of them first time. so no need would highly recommend.

Thanks to Pest-tec we could get rid of of our nasty bed bug infestation. No more annoying red itchy bites. Yaay!!

Pest Tec visited my property out of hours to help deal with a mouse issue.
They arrived on time and the guy that came was very helpful and reassured me that they would sort the issue. The price I paid was very reasonable for the service I received and I would highly recommend

We didn't end up using these guys (due to landlord preferences) but my experience at the front end in reaching out, discussing our options and pricing was great. If not for landlord special requirements, we would be used Perry and team. Maybe in the future!

Used Pest Tec about 6 months ago to get rid of some bed bugs in a rental property in Southwark. Treatment process was successful (3 visits), price was good, each time the technician turned up on time and was professional. My only slight complaint was that no clear explanation was provided of exactly what they would be doing at the property (i.e. what gets sprayed with what, what happens after the spraying, etc). Anyway can't grumble too much as they sorted the problem (I can confirm they are 100% gone as it's been 6 months since with no bed bug issues).
