I ordered from pet tags during the valentines special and recieved 2 faulty tags. Contacted the email for returns on the print out provided with my order but haven’t heard anything back and now it have been over a 2 months since original order.

I have emailed the company which I have received no contact back about my oder.
This is very disappointing.
I’m reading here a fair few people have been scammed unfortunately. But some people say they have had great experiences with this company so I’m very confused.
I just want my oder or a full refund.
Just waiting to see if my oder shows up as it was meant be a gift. Also waiting to hear back from my emails I have sent.

Good but takes a while
The tag is beautiful, the words are readable, colour and designs are great. I'm very impressed by the quality of these products and surprised how they gave extra clips. However, I think shipping the tags takes a too long. These tags arrived in 3 weeks, are aren't they made in New zealand/Australia? I ordered similar things online in Australia and they took 1 and a half weeks. But overall, will purchase again!

Great service, ordered an engraved tag and received the next day. Super choice of tags, I got the pooch face which is so cute. Also ordered an Eze Clip which I highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, Great Quality
Excellent customer service. I made a dumb mistake with the address, and they made sure I got the tags for my cats. The tags are super high quality (and cute!) and the engraving is also very well done. The tags are sturdy and will hold up well! They also showed up much faster than anticipated!

Website faulty
The website is difficult to navigate and does not show you your correct cart. I tried to remove items from my cart, which it would not let me do. As aforementioned, I also could not see the entirety of my cart and ended up ordering three more items than I wanted.
Rating two stars because customer service was prompt in fixing the issue and refunding me the extra cost; however, my order never arrived after nearly 6 weeks

These people of crooks. I ordered my package in February. It’s now April. No package being delivered in sight. They won’t return calls, voicemails or emails. I’m so disappointed in myself for giving my credit card information to a bunch of thieves. Going to have to call the police today and file a report on these scammers.

I've bought a number of tags over the years and I couldn't be happier with them. First off, the quality is excellent. Secondly, the design is beautiful and so varied that you're bound to find the perfect tag (or tags!) for your pet. Finally, they come with a no-quibble guarantee - I've only had to have one replaced and the customer service was beyond reproach. Highly recommended!
