Appalling service from start to finish. I ordered essential pet medication, only for DHL to completely mess up the delivery and return the package straight back to the warehouse.
To make matters worse, Pet Drugs Online's customer service was utterly unhelpful. When I raised the issue, I was handed a generic automated reply telling me to wait up to 48 hours just for someone to investigate. Meanwhile, my pet was left without their required medication while I was forced to deal with their incompetent delivery partner and sluggish support.
Instead of resolving the delivery and getting the medication to me urgently, they simply processed a return and refund—leaving me right back at square one, out of pocket for several days while waiting for the bank to process the refund, and having to source the medication elsewhere at short notice.
Zero proactive communication, terrible courier choices, and a complete lack of urgency when dealing with time-sensitive medication. I will never use this company again.

I have used Pet Drugs Online for several years and always had a good experience. Recently I had an issue with the delivery of one of my orders and I was delighted with the fantastic customer service I received to resolve the issue. Would highly recommend them!!

Wonderful service

Wonderful service
Initially had a problem completing my purchases at check out however a telephone call to customers service team soon resolved this and they completed the transaction for me.
Very good competitive prices for medication.
