Fast delivery, easy to order, clear instructions, packaged beautifully.

I bought an electric pizza oven, which was fine, and arrived promptly. Only issue, the paddles inside were comically small, and no use for pizza at all. On the product photos and on the box, they look fine. But in real life, so smol.

I discussed this with the company, who discussed it with the manufacturer (the oven is called MasterPro), and they refused to acknowledge the issue. So weird. I mean... you could only make toy pizzas with those things.

In any case, I had to go out and buy my own peel. Nobody died. But I would not buy from them again.

EDIT: the answer below is just silly. The instructions of the oven explicitly said to use the paddles to launch the pizza, and I pointed this out. Plus, they wouldn't be designed like that, as two halves, if they were meant to lift pizza out (a task for which you can use literally any implement, including two forks). The obvious solution here was to supply me with a peel, not to ask me to package the oven and return it. Do be serious. Review downgraded to one star for straight out lying about what the product's own instructions say.

Ran tea towels are a top product. The quality used is far superior in wiping dishes than other brands. Delivery was fast
