So small its silly
The pendant I ordered arrived and was ridiculously small. It will be embarrassing to give as a gift. It also arrived late. My efforts to call and email about an exchange were ignored.

Absolubetly perfect! I ordered expecting dispatch to take a while due to the fact they're made to order and it does list on their site 14-21 days, but my item was dispatched after about a week. Customer service respond in the average 2-3 working days that most companies use and they were helpful and friendly. As for the Jewlery piece I ordered, it's even better and more beautiful than I expected! So happy, true Jewlery art and it's perfect! Thank you 😊

Do Not order from Peter Stone Jewelry. Made four telephone calls to inquire about an order and no matter what extension that was used ... got an answering machine and never received a response.
Sent four emails to inquire about an order and never received a response until I attempted to cancel the order.
Do Not use this Company!

Do not order from them! They don’t ship in a timely manor 30+days later item still not shipping. I have contacted them 3 times and 3 times the shipping date was pushed. When I contacted them on the phone the representative said she couldn’t cancel the order and I would need the go through email. Do not buy through them
