Early days yet, I've only had the DAC a week. Bought as an upgrade to me old Q DAC and it's is a definite improvement. Everything I've plugged in to the MOJO 2 so far has sounded better, HD 650 headphones sound superb with smoke level to drive them lots enough for new,, I tried them with my Genelec 8030 active monitors, which showed a wonderful increase in detail, air, images stability and more. Instruments became almost tangible between the speakers. The very line output importance has tightened up the dynamics of every pair of headphones I've plugged in and the DAC implementation has revealed many more layers of detail than I heard on other systems. Best DAC I've ever heard. Build quality is excellent too with a well finished and very solid feeling solid aluminium case, the psychedelic buttons take a bit of getting used to. However I rather like them now, but I still can't remember which menu I'm in though.

I've used DACs before but none of them have been anywhere near as good as this. I'm using it with a pair of Beyerdynamics and - where I used to find the sound a bit dry and detached - the Mojo 2 sounds alive and immersive. So many little details that were buried come to the fore. Honestly, it's such a fun experience that I now spend hours just smiling like a buffoon and picking out stuff I'd barely noticed. All for £250 from Peter Tyson. Which, at the time of writing, was £150 cheaper than anywhere else. Bargain.

For those who wish to hear what a $100,000.00 Hifi sounds like, get a Mojo and pair it up with a very very descent in ear monitoring headphone - IEM. Incredible device . Detail at a micro level coupled with explosive dynamics. Smiles every day .
