Extremely rude seller
Extremely rude seller. We had an unpleasant experience when trying to buy ice cream for my child. A man with glasses made wrong ice cream and then started arguing and shouting, telling what he should do with the ice cream. He should not be allowed to work with customers.

I have found a hair in my waffle
I have found a hair in my waffle, and creams supervisor accused me of replacing the hair in my dessert. even tho I was sitting right opposite the till and once I received the order I saw the hair and complained straight away. customer service was very bad, very rude service.
