This business blocked us in the parking lot after we rented a car from Enterprise. There are no signs on this side of the lot, Enterprise watched us park here and said nothing. Not only that but the hours says they are present until 5pm, they were not. Had we not had 4 wheel drive we would have been stuck there. Shows a serious lack of professionalism. As a long time resident, you can 100% bet I will never use this company.
My Slant Fin boiler burners wouldn’t turn on, they came out and did an awesome job! I will call Pete the Plumber every time. They are fair priced, organized very customer oriented and understand that honesty is the number one policy, not like other outfits that charge you with overpriced service calls. CALL THESE GUYS THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woke up to a burst hot water tank on a Sunday. Called the emergency line, and had a service truck here within 1 1/2 hours with a new water tank. Andrew was very helpful, respectful of my house, and had the job done replacing the tank in less than 2 hours. Very very professional the whole time. Great service. Great price. I would definitely recommend Pete the Plumber.
I had plugged kitchen sink, Ben came and did great job ( really worked hard for couple hours) and cleaned pipe. Used camera and worked even harder to clean entire pipe.
Adam came later to check do we have any sagging spots that might cause future problems. Entire experience was so positive and only great feedback for these guys! Would recommend them definitely!!
The experience from the first contact to the final delivery today was nothing short of exceptional. They were direct and honest about pricing and installation from the get go. Their competitors did things like trying to surprise charge for a quote and even then came in at twice the price. Pete The Plumber has a well earned reputation.
