Absolutely appalling experience would never use again! Never received my order neither did I receive any communication on what happened or a response to any of my queries via every method possible. So glad you have to pay through PayPal so I got my refund!

Ordered items over 3 weeks ago and still have not received them despite chasing 3 times. Can not rate product itself obviously.

I have not received my wall stickers but also cannot contact them to find out the estimated delivery time and no-one answers my emails or fb msgs.

No communication and no item. Thankfully got a refund from PayPal. I would advise you avoid this merchant.

Took a long time to post and came unstuck from wall. All ended up in the bin...

I ordered some decals for my daughter's bedroom. I found that I had ordered the wrong thing because I found the order page a bit confusing but that may just be me caused by lack of sleep from the babies! I did have a polite encounter with a member of staff who offered to rectify it but as it was my error I didn't want to put them to any trouble. I did have a rude experience with a different member of staff via email with is why I have given a three star rating.

Very pleased with product and arrived quickly.

Really nice wall decals, and super easy to install. I got the black bears and trees and the black color was really nice and dark. The color was consistent with each decal.

Fast delivery, great quality and colour and simple to use! Have just ordered more! Chuffed to have found these.

I had purchased some wall art for my daughters room after some thought as to what she may want. I needed something cheap and easy to apply as painting her room means moving all the heavy chests and bed on my own - it'd be bloody annoying too!

Petite Penguin's wall designs are actually really good. I was slightly sceptical at first seeing as they were so cheap and I've never heard of the company; but rest assured, my daughter is happy with her silly animals and I'm happy too as I've saved a bit of money from not having to paint or put up wallpaper and for a few quid you get some quality stuff. Genuinely impressed with their selection.

Ordered a wall vinyl for my sons bedroom and it was just what we wanted looks fab!! Definatly order again great delivery time too highly recommend

Before purchasing the train sticker for my sons bedroom I was very concerned about the application of the sticker and if I was going to be able to apply it. I emailed in and spoke to Mitchell over email and he put me at complete ease explained that it is an easy process and Petite Penguin are always there to help. Comes with really easy to understand instructions, which was perfect! Only gripe I has is that it took a day longer than I expected. But I will defiantly be purchasing again.
