I ordered a harness on Facebook. I changed the size to Small from their original XS. I did not notice the change did not register until I got a confirmation. I tried to contact Petpend and they would not change it because they said it was my fault. I received the harness which was indeed too small for my dog. Tried contacting them again and all they offered was a 10% discount on my next purchase! I believe their attitude to their customers is very unethical. To think I did not ask for a refund. I was only asking for an exchange of the harness. It is still in its original condition and packaging My children warned me so many times about buying from FB because there are a lot of scams there. I wish I listened to them.

I ordered a harness on the 30th of august and still no delivery. I’ve sent over 12 emails. All I get is generic emails stated their T&C.
I’ve asked numerous times for the GM,supervisor or owner to contact me.
I’ve pleaded with them for a refund so I can go and buy a harness locally so I can take my cat outside,but they have refused.My cat still can’t go oustside. By their silence,it’s clear they don’t care.
They need to seriously overhaul their costumer service,or lack of it.
They claim it’s Australia post’s fault.
All my other goods I ordered on 30th of August from pet post,pet circle and habitat pets came 4 days later.
Now they have stopped responding to my emails and their tracking won’t update. It seems they may have blocked me since I my last 5 emails,I dint receive a generated email confirming that pet pend have received it.

This is a follow up to my review of a couple of months ago. I urge anyone else who has been scammed by this company to report them to Consumer Affairs. They need as many reports as possible, and I was told Consumer Affairs are currently building a file on them. You can do it online and it doesn’t take long. I was contacted by Consumer Affairs for a follow up to my complaint, it is being taken seriously. The sooner Petpend can be closed down the better, and can save people from being ripped off. Also, another thing to do if the ad comes up on your Facebook feed is report it to Facebook as a scam. Hopefully if they get enough reports it will stop them advertising.

Just received my order thank you. My little puppy just loves his bed and his toy. It did take 4 weeks to arrive but it did arrive and with all that is going on in the world at the moment I think that’s ok. I don’t know why people are saying horrible things about petpend I am very happy with my products.

I ordered a Large size pet bed for my dog, waited over a month for it to then receive it as not the right size I ordered, I was sent a small size.. also to mention the quality was horrible and thin considering I paid $90 for it!
I then reached out to their customer service hoping they would fix their mistake by giving me a refund or sending the correct item at least.. multiple emails sent and no response. After I had to harass basically every day they were very unhelpful! I provided proof of wrong item and screenshots of item description from their site. Again weeks past and I get another reply completely dodging my requests and advising their “warehouse” is looking into it.. weeks pass again where I had no response to my refund request as now I’ve had to purchase a new bed for my dog since this was taking way to long to resolve! They then say they are “pleased” to offer me 50% back and I keep the item for the inconvenience, when I advised no, this is not my wrong doing as I ordered the right item and you sent me the wrong one they advise they aren’t taking items back due to covid.. then send me an address for China to send too and that they aren’t paying for return shipping (for their mistake). All I wanted was my money returned and they could have the bed back. Absolutely ridiculous, do not buy from them they are scammers. I have lost $40 of my hard earned money for a bed that is absolute trash and I cannot use. Disgusting customer service and it’s sad they do this to people.

I really wish I had read all these reviews because I have had the same experience with petpend. I received 2 jackets for my puppies I usually order mediums and they weren't even close to fitting also they weren't even the same size so poorly made. I tried asking for different sizes or a refund I sent emails numerous times with photos they requested as proof to show both jackets weren't even the same size even though I ordered the same size still no answers such poor communication and not helpful at all not willing to refund or exchange. So disappointed. Still waiting for a response once again from them but I think I just have to except I have lost my money and also not getting the correct sizes for my puppies.

Not impressed whatsoever with this company implying they are Melbourne based and ship from Melbourne. When I asked why my order was taking so long I was told they’re shipping from China due to lockdowns… which makes zero sense. Do not buy from these people unless you’re willing to wait over a month for your product to potentially show up. Over 10 emails back and forth, 7 of those asking for a refund and being ignored. Fake tracking numbers. The harnesses and collars only arrived once I disputed this with my bank and lodged a query with aus post after the package was “waiting to be processed at the Melbourne facility” for a week and a half. The harnesses I bought are of a decent quality, but I would never buy or deal with this company again. Not worth having to fight for the products you paid for.

I did have to wait around month for the harness to arrive (they do state there are delays in the website) tracking number worked great I just added it into Australia post and got all the updates I needed.
Quality of the harness looks fine only just arrived so not sure how it will go on walks looks like it will be great :) the buckle bits to tighten the harness are a little flimsy but again once it’s on and in place it think it will be ok :)
I got a size small and it fits really well my dog is a 9.5/10 kg Jack Russell cross.

At first I was very sceptical about this, and even thought I was scammed. The tracking was all over the place and I was told that it's coming, but today I received the harness and I am happy. Took about 16 days to Sydney, but its arrived. Happy finally, thankyou Petpend.

After reading all the reviews on here I had serious doubts, Product was ready for shipping on the 11th Aug emailed query to Petpend on the 18th Aug and miraculously order was updated as Shipped on the 19th.... finally received item on the 3rd September. Harness was good quality and good fit. Dont believe that business is Australian just a E Shopfront...believe product was shipped from China. So be prepared to wait 3-4 weeks.
