Slow, unfriendly and careless service
I have insured my cat with PetPlan and I have never used until she had a major surgery and Petplan have denied my claim, I waited in the phone for hours several times to try to fix the problem and get at least part of it cover* x-Ray - examinations - medicine but nothing. Besides the communication per email is very poor, took a week and half to get a negative answer and extremely unfriendly. Sadly I wouldn't recommend them.
