I ordered some medication and was asked for another photo of the prescription. I sent that over and then sadly my dog passed away so I cancelled the order (twice). Despite this they still sent it out to me! I returned it following all the instructions and they claim they never received the item back and never refunded me. Thoughtless and greedy company, will never use again

Over a week, medication still not dispatched and I cannot contact them!
Uploaded my pet's prescription and paid for the medication well over a week ago and it has still not be updated or dispatched despite it stating approx 2 days turn over on their website. This wouldn't be half as frustrating if you could actually speak to them to clarify what is going on! I've been trying to contact them to no avail. Really bad customer service considering my dog is totally dependent on this medication. Email has gone unanswered, cannot DM via social media and the promised call back on their forever busy phone lines has yet to materialise. Perhaps employ more staff as animals are depending on you!!

Ive been a repeat customer for some time...today is 10th of may..the vets gave me my meds on friday 6th of may when my dog went downhil through lack of medication for over a week 2 weeks after you took my money

Although our vets sent prescriptions at the same time by E-MAIL for our two dogs medication, one was overlooked which caused us a good deal of anxiety in trying to get the issue resolved as the continued good health of both dogs is dependant upon this medication being taken daily for the rest of their lives.
As this is not the first time that administrative issues have occurred with regard
to our orders we are seriously considering taking our custom elsewhere.

Unnecessary delays
The website wasn’t functioning properly so I couldn’t place my order over the bank holiday. Then, having phoned through my order, the credit card I always use was declined meaning a three day delay in getting the drugs for my dog. Disappointing
