Bought a product in store, once I got it home half of the parts were missing. Customer services were very unhelpful and I shall be avoiding shopping here again.

I took out a subscription for 2 boxes of flea treatment to be delivered every month for my two cats.
This week package arrived with only one treatment. I messaged Pets at Home asking where other box was as the 2 usually arrive together, to be told it had been sent separately and wld be delivered yesterday.
It did not arrive. I have been in touch with Pets at Home and although they can see what has been promised there is nothing been sent to.me. They are now telling me 7 - 10 days for delivery!!!
Someone has lied to me. It is not how a big company should run!!!!

Once talking to a member of staff online my issue was sorted out in seconds. It just unfortunate that they use Evri as their preferred courier as they are completely useless, it was only due to their incompetence that I had to get on to Pets at Home for help since it was delivered to the wrong address. The staff members in the shops are brilliant as was the person I spike to on the chat today but having a phone number to talk to someone would be better and less frustrating than starting off speaking to yet another bot.

Ordered online, tracking number not recognised, contacted via live chat after waiting 5 days, customer service very quick to answer and issued replacement immediately. Excellent service and can't blame them as Evri are utterly useless. 5 star from pets at home though.

Purchased a Nina Ottosson twister interactive puzzle toy for my puppy. It claims to have no chewable parts! One of the rubber feet came off and was swallowed by my puppy. Emergency visit to vets. Praying now that it doesn't obstruct his bowel. Although pleasant, the staff at Pets at Home were not very helpful, can't take it off the shelves unless they are told there is an issue, in spite of there being an identical problem posted in their reviews. Down to me to sort it out with the company. Obviously pets at home really care about our pets! I don't think so

Every time the app is updated it changes youre chosen marketing options and i did not receive vouchers for s long time so i lost out on some discounts on my purchases so please check youre marketing options under marketing settings.

Bought fish tank which started to leak after 3 months. Was told its only meant to be water tight for 30days ? After posting a bad review they replied saying it was covered. They said they would get back to us..... never did. We had to contact them again and got the same out come. They said it wasn't defect and wasn't on a sound surface. All lies as I sent pictures. They said they inspected it lies again as it has never been back to the shop. We have sent pictures offered to return tank to inspect. No reply absolute joke. If you want a fish tank for longer than 30 days don't even go near this company. Great at sending long winded emails trying to dodge their guarantee. Poor at resolution of a problem and customer service.
Once again thanks for your reply which talks of absolutely no resolution to our financial out put on a faulty product. Please don't waste my time or yours to reply

I had a reply within hours they amended my request, offered to help if I need it. That was very welcome as I am not good on gadgets.
I find pets @ home very knolagable and helpfull using the repete order delivery I do not have to worry about anything my dog loves their food he keeps well on it. Thank you pets @ home thums up for wainwright's good quality.

I ordered a cat bed online, unfortunately DPD lost it. I got in contact with pets at home on the live chat and spoke to Mobeen, he was super helpful! He quickly checked the status of my order and once realised it had been lost he reordered me a replacement bed. No hassle at all, couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Thanks again Mobeen, you are a star! Cats are going to be happy with their new bed🐱

Also absolutely disagree with keeping live animals in the shop, its cruel and outdated.
Currently galashiels pets at home have a giant rabbit in the smallest of space, its appauling and NOT acceptable. Sspca need to pay the shop and every pets at home shop a visit for the welfare of the demented animals in the shop. So sad.

We visited the Kettering store to enquire about buying rats the gentleman that assisted us couldn't have been anymore professional or helpful.
He phoned the Corby store and they were able to help so we went there and were helped by amazing customer service, with particular focus on animal welfare which really impressed me. The 3 members of staff on shift all helped us with what we needed, even carrying our haul to the car for us.
Honestly it was such a positive experience with the friendliest group of staff members I have encountered in a very long time.

Took my dog for a grooming session today. I was very pleased with the time the groomer took in asking about my dog Alfee. They have groomed him beautifully and also for the first time since I have been taking him to other groomers, been able to cut his nails. I will definitely be taking him back to the Scunthorpe branch. Thank you to the groomer , sorry I didn’t get your name.

We wents today to the washington galleries store for a pet pals experince. I cannot recommend this experince more! The lady nicola who took it was so very kind and patient with the children. They got to see 3 different hamsters. Pet the guinpigs and we even fed the fishes. The children all loved it and the fact this was a free event was amazing! We also chatted to another member of staff by the fishes he was a lovely gentleman. We disnt get his name bit he was veey tall with dark hair and again he was really helpful. Please give our praise and thanks to the team it really was an amazing experince and trip to your store today!
