Went above and beyond for my rabbits. Very knowledgable and helpful. 5 stars, I read some of the other reviews on here and honestly they just shouldn't be aloud, horrible karens. Sadly most people only leave a review when they want a pointless moan. Anyway, I was very pleased with my purchase and can't fault them in any way.

Order got delivered to wrong house ( not their fault) contacted and no reply. Not chasing

Purchased the Timothy hay & it was very dusty, I was told to get it outside & get it out of bag, but it was still dusty afterwards, also the strands are very short my rabbits love to bury themselves in there litter tray but couldn't do this , it was cheaper but not better quality not buying again will still to my own brand but thought I'd try it ,

Bought a tunnel (6inch 8ft, connectors and end cap)
Tunnel is well worth the money. Happy with all purchases.

Accidentally ordered an 8inch connector and they emailed to check as everything was 6inch. Changed and refunded the difference. Great customer service.

I used to think very highly of pets playstore and would recommend them to all bunny owners. However, I’ve recently bought one of their tunnel connectors and a tunnel end cap. Both items are pretty useless and not worth the money paid. The end cap has no grip around the tunnel just falls off and the tunnel connector barely grips the ends of the pipes to keep them together. Save your money and find something else second hand. They offered me a refund if I returned the items but it’s not worth my time or money to return them, I’m sure they’re aware of that though!
