Was very pleased with the service and very quick delivery . Will be buying from them again.

Was very happy with the dog door once it arrived, but was disappointed that having paid for First Class 1-2 day delivery, I waited a week and when it arrived it was stamped 2nd class. This caused a lot of inconvenience as we had a new back door installed and hoped to have the dog flap when the fitter arrived. Now we are having to wait for it to be fitted.

I emailed the company to say that it had been sent second class when I had paid for first class - but never received a reply.

Never in my life have I been verbally assaulted by a Courier driver.
Although I want to continue buying from Petstuffgalore, I am extremely scared of the same man turning up at my home. His language was so explicit I can not publish it here!
I tried ringing Petstuffgalore about 20 times, all I get is a message saying that "they aren't available" - It does not allow customers to leave a message. That itself is poor Customer Service.
I live alone, and this man scared me so much I am considering reporting it to the Police.

We chose a cat flap identical to the broken one for ease of fitting and because the old Pet Mate flap had lasted some 30 years. Its frame died of plastic "fatigue" in direct sun light.
Our only dislike is the tinted flap which our cats took some time to accept.
