I ordered a replacement cat flap and it arrived 2 days later, well packed.

I'm from sweden and we used you two times. First time we ordered a catflap and second time "keys" to this catflap. Both times gods arrived really fast. Faster than if we ordered it from Swedish shops. We are totally satisfid. So - god service and quick delivery. Thank you!

I've used them before and had good service which is why I went back. Just for 10 ltrs of mealworms but the same price as back in April and they arrived in two working days. You don't often get service like that. I'll be back for other stuff in due course.

Good service but the questionnarie arrived many days before the purchase. I was already quite sure that it was lost in the post when it arrived. At the end everyone is happy.

Zero rating I'm afraid but had to indicate SOMETHING in order to leave feedback. Order for a Cat Flap placed on 6/11 and advised it had been despatched on 7/11. When it had not arrived by 12/11, I called them and then e-mailed as well. I agreed with the young man who took my query that it may just arrive on the 12th but it didn't. Received an email from Richard, the 'Customer Service Manager' who said it was probably being held by the Royal Mail sorting office as they tend NOT to leave cards adivsing an item was undeliverable - news to me - my postman ALWAYS leaves a card. However, drove down to sorting office on 16/11 to ask if they were holding anything for me and they said 'no'. When I arrived home, a card was there saying item could not be delivered so when I went down again, there it was. The Postmaster said a parcel of that size should not have taken more than 4 to 5 working days to be delivered. In the meanwhile, I called Richard from the sorting office when I first when to ask if they had anything for me. He barely gave me the chance to say anything, talking over me all the while and sprouting on about the laws of Great Britain that requires 15 days before an investigation into missing parcels can be made. However, I could PAY FOR ANOTHER ONE in the meantime while we wait out the 15 days. What they say and what they do are obviously altogether at odds - parcel could not have been despatched when they said it was as it would have arrived by 11/11 and not 16/11. Appalling is all I can say!!

We were looking for a Feliway diffuser for cats. Most pet shops round us had no idea what we were taking about. I tried several companies on the internet but all but Pets Galore had vague delivery dates. This company offered next day delivery as an option and true to its word, it arrived next day. Brilliant!
