I ordered the sleepypod clickit sport harness. Ordered on a Sunday, shipped on Monday. Received when they said. Nice to work with a reliable company. No hesitations to order from them again.

I was shopping for a doggy "seatbelt" that had received an excellent rating and was difficult to find in stock because of recent media attention. PetSwag had the item at a competitive price and also offered a coupon for first time shoppers, which sounded great to me. I ended up making a mistake when I placed my order (DUH!), but PetSwag responded quickly to my email, fixed my error, and they were also completely awesome in communicating about the status of my order. Now I just need to convince my dog Budman that wearing his new seatbelt--actually it's a safety harness that hooks to the seatbelt--is his favorite part of going for a ride in the car! Thank you, PetSwag, for an excellent shopping experience.

Good experience with Petswag..the product was not available when promised but good communication regarding late shipment was appreciated..I would do business with them again! We ordered the car safety harness, Clickit..haven't tried it out yet, but judging on the great reviews it will work out great!

Had to wait about a month for the two Sleepypod ClickIt Sport harnesses I ordered, but they were delayed from overseas, not anything Petswag could do.
Petswag did excellent job keeping customers informed and offered money back if customers didn't want to wait.
Now I can keep my dog safe in the car.

The seat belt I ordered for Harry (yellow lab) was on backorder; however, I was kept in the loop on inventory delivery, shipment dates, had all of my questions answered, and finally received my Sleepy Pod as scheduled. The product was relatively easy to use, worked as indicated, and kept Harry from jumping over seats! Great company to give business to!

We ordered the orange leash and collar as well as the neon yellow leash and color - super fun bright colors. The leashes I saw on a TV show were thicker which is what we wanted so may return the leashes to get the larger ones as Pet Swag does not carry the larger option. I love the Found My Animal dog collar. One small downside is that the last hole (tightest setting) is unable to be used because of the width change on the leather. Fortunately, my dog still has a LOT of growing to do. Unique, high quality, and stylish design.

The item I ordered came packaged nicely and was exactly as advertised. The bandana is high quality and I would purchase items from PetSwag again!

I've ordered from PetSwag twice, and have had only good experiences. Shipping was quick, as was the arrival of my products. Absolutely satisfied with the transactions.

Whilst the collar that I had ordered did not work for me, it was a great test of the company's customer service who accepted the return ASAP and also issued the refund ASAP on return!

Gave measurements that were accurate. Although I just got the bag, it appears to be very well made so I anticipate it lasting a long time.

I bought a Sleepypod for my cat from PetSwag. Unlike other sites PetSwag had a large color selection available for this item. The ordering process was easy and I the Sleepypod was delivered sooner than I expected. I would definitely use PetSwag again.

Shipped the same day as I ordered it!! And was at my house within days. Product was exactly like it was shown and fits my mini Aussie perfectly (he's 5 months & I ordered the small). I was worried that the small may be too small, however, it's the perfect length all around. LOVE this product and will be ordering more!!

My package containing $115 worth of dog collars was lost in the mail, and PetSwag offered no solution in replacing the items other than me paying for them again myself. I was shocked and outraged when Ashley from PetSwag told me that they do not guarantee their delivery, despite being an online retailer. I was even more shocked and outraged when Ashley told me to calm down, take deep breaths, and not to be upset about a silly missing package because there are children dying in the world. Absolutely awful customer service.

I needed my items fairly quickly, and with the discount code i had, the quick shipping speed i selected almost cost nothing extra. Quick and efficient, i would order from here again.
