I have only been using the vet at Pets World in San Miguel for 5 years. They are the most wonderful caring people, vets and receptionists as well. They are kind, gentle and above all knowledgeful and understanding. I would not ever consider going any where else.
Was looking for an emergency appt for my dog for 2 days! Was promised a call back, nothing on the first day, got a call on the 2nd, apparently on the first day of calling, my request was not passed on! Was told no appts for 5 days and that my dog limping WAS NOT an emergency. Emergency at this vet practice is the dog having difficulty breathing or its dying, thats it!! Got an emergency appt at another vets today, my dog has ligament issues and is in pain with a displaced knee cap! If your looking for an efficient vet practice with a realistic appt system, I wouldnt recommend this place! They have no professional telephone manner, patronising and rude but OK if you like being called "lovely" throughout a conversation!
Placed an order a week ago and eventually GLS attempted to deliver the package. GLS stated that the address didn't exist despite me having received numerous deliveries from other companies.
