Tag writing wore off within 6 weeks
Tag writing wore off within 6 weeks. There are cheaper tags online but thought I’d spend a few pounds extra for a more quality one but all the writing has faded.

Sorry to hear this. We have found that if the tag can rub against other metallic items on your pet's collar this can cause it to wear prematurely.
We would be very happy to send out a replacement tag to you free of charge, or alternately if you can send a photo of the damage tag or return it to us we can provide a full refund for you.
