Walked in to a Petworld shop once, instantly walk out again when I saw they sell pets. Pets do NOT belong in a pet shop! Come on Petworld, it is 2016. Pets simply do not belong in a shop. It's horrible for them. Impulse buyers, pets will end up in shelters, they come from horrible breeders who don't care about healthy, tame animals, they don't care where they end up. Have you ever seen a breeder who breeds for money and sells to pet shops? You'll thing twice about buying from petworld once you know what you are supporting. Animas in small boxes who get way too many litters and get tossed out once they no longer can breed because they are exhausted. The youngsters get taken away from there mom while they are way too young and during transport they are stressed, might die and once they are in the shop,it's not much better for them.too little space, kid's knocking on the glass (seen it myself) and ending up as a kids present where parents don't take any responsibility. You can imagine how those poor things end up. The kids will be scares of them as they are not tame and probably bite and the pet is doomed to have a lonely life in a too small cage. It's outrageous that a pet shop contributes to this torture. If you love pets, you boykott this place until they stop selling any kind of animal. Petworld, please consider changing your way of being.

Of course, our Petworld stores keep all applicable legislation regarding animal care, handling and salesment. In addition, our staff have been educated and trained into animal caretaking and their welfare. We make daily trim schedules to ensure the pets optimized conditions.
Before the Petworld costumer buy and leave the store with his pet, we always make sure to give him valuable information and guidance about how to take care of his pet and how to carry it home. We also have a greater variety of assorted cages for carriage, which ensures your pet the most gentle transport from the store to its new home.
It is obviously very important, that our pets in Petworld gets the peace and quiet they need. It is not allowed customers to knock on the cages. This concern seems to be respected by our customers. Furthermore we will see to, that most of our animals live among fellow species.
In Conclusion we want to ensure you, that we, in Petworld stores, will do our best, to give our pets the most favorable conditions.

Petworld overholder selvfølgelig al gældende lovgivning på området omkring salg af kæledyr. Derudover har vi uddannelse af personalet omkring dyrehold og pasning. Vi har daglige trimskemaer der sikre optimale forhold for dyrene hver dag.
Inden kunden køber sit kæledyr, vejleder vi i Petworld altid omkring pleje og transport af kæledyret. Dertil har vi et større udvalg af diverse transportbure, som sikrer dit kæledyr den mest skånsomme transport fra butik til det nye hjem.
Det er naturligvis vigtigt, at vores dyr i butikkerne får den fred og ro, de har brug for. Det er således ikke tilladt at banke på burene. Dette ønske synes vi bliver respekteret af vores kunder. Dertil sørger vi gerne for, at de fleste dyr har artsfæller, som de kan leve med.
Afslutningsvis kan vi forsikre, at vi i Petworld gør vores bedste for at give vores kæledyr de bedste vilkår.

problems with delivery
Hi, I have order cat food and last time it was not delivered to the door step. Instead I had to go and pick it up far away from my home. I use your company because it is convenient as I do not have time to shop outside.
I hope this will not happen again. I just ordered food on your site again and I hope it will come to my door step / as unusually I ask to leave at bike shed. Thanks, Valeria

We are happy to know that you normally are convenient by shopping at petworld webshop. Your last order was a small parcel and therefore it was send by another transporter than usual. Your order was delivered very early in the morning at a time where it was impossible to enter the stairwell. The Transporter delivered your parcel to be picked up in a nearby pack shop for safety reasons. If the parcel is too big to enter the mailbox or the frontdoor is locked, the transporter have no other options than to bring the parcel to a safe shop for you to pick it up there. When ordering, you are allways welcome to make a note to the transporter, about a safe place to leave your parcel.

Great customer service
I ordered some items online for collection at the Herlev store, and received a phone call almost immediately to let me know that they were in stock and could be collected. Lovely staff at the store who were very pleasant and helpful. I'd certainly shop there again.

As usual, I ordered from Pet World online and two days later received my order. Each time I have ordered I receive my order within two days. Your service is excellent and my package is always in tip top shape. You deliver the package right to my door, which is so wonderful because I am unable to carry anything heavy up to my apartment, which is 39 stairs up...I am having my 2nd knee replaced, and it will be inpossible for me to carry much of anything upstairs for a time, I don't have anyone to help me. You are truly a Blessing to me! Thank You, Martha
