I have not received any package yet so I can not say if I am satisfied or not. Anyway is still my order coming??

We are very sorry to hear, that you haven't got your order yet. Your order is at the local Petworld shop, where to you ordered it. The shop will contact you, to tell you, when to pick up your parcel.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. The package was delayed and they did not inform us until we had to call them about it. There was no apology and NOTHING to make us want to shop online here again!

When we called the customer service - they just said there was a delay.
Nothing helpful... nothing more to say... just that it was delayed.

I love the service in the stores - great service, helpful employees! But online... Don't bother!

Unfortunately we had IT problems at the same day you ordered. Some orders wasn’t printed, even if the system showed that they were. We first recognized this error, when wondering why the orders wasn’t sent. We are very sorry, that this error caused a delay in delivering your order. Vi havde desværre nogle it problemer den dag din bestilling indløb. Der skete det, at nogle ordresedler ikke blev udskrevet selvom det så sådan ud i ordresystemet. Det blev vi først opmærksomme på, da vi undrede os over, at disse ordrer ikke var sendt. Vi beklager mange gange at din ordreseddel derfor først blev udskrevet igen da vi opdagede fejlen. Vi er meget kede af forsinkelsen og takker for din tålmodighed.
