fish tank filter
was looking for a particular filter for my fish tank and they had at a good price after trying other places and they delivered very very quickly would highly recomend them and will definitely use them again

Beware of subscription attached to orders.
My three star review is based on an average of one star for the mobile app and five stars for customer services. I placed an order on the mobile app, and once processed was informed by email that I had created a subscription to receive products each month. I was not aware from the app that I had subscribed. I phoned the helpline and a very helpful staff member took my cancellation details and passed it on to their manager. A few hours later I was informed ny email that my order and subscription was cancelled without charge.

CONTAMINATION Do not buy from Petsworld
Do not buy from Petsworld unless you want a contaminated fishtank!
I would not buy anything from this shop ever again! I bought a goldfish from the Cork store last week and the fish was contaminated with anchor worm which in turn contaminated my healthy tank! When I contacted the store they were not familiar with anchor worm and could not recommend any treatment. When I drove to the store the same day, they did not stock any anchor worm treatment in their store. I had to do a 3 hour round trip between the Petworld Cork store and another well-run pet store in Cork to pick up treatment. I had to follow up with the Cork store numerous times this week. The manager which I contacted assured me that I would be reimbursed for the treatment. The same manager in the Petsworld Cork store just advised me today that they would not reimburse me even for the treatment which was €14!
Do not buy from Petsworld unless you want a contaminated fishtank!

I use petworld a lot. One of the only places to stock the bedding for my guinea pig and they are always very quick to deliver. I had an issue with an order before and they were very quick to resolve it.
