We love Robin!! Best waitress ever 💟💟💟

DISAPPOINTING IN EVERY WAY! First, I waited over 20 minutes just to get a bottle of water that I ordered when I arrived at my table. The entree portions were LESS THAN HALF of their previous size! The food also seems to be mainly reheated frozen food now LOADED with MSG to cover lack of flavor. Additionally, the lights at the table are extremely blinding and caused a migraine headache. Or was it the frozen food loaded with extra MSG? The experience was subpar in every single way. I will NEVER return to another PF Changs again and I used to enjoy visiting this establishment. SAD GREED!! VOTE WITH YOUR DOLLARS AND DON'T SUPPORT CORPORATIONS THAT ARE EXTRACTIVE. WAKE UP AND SAY NO WAY!!!

P.F. Chang’s has gone so far downhill That we’ve taken it off our list of places to go for dinner. The best vegan dish they had was the tofu lettuce wraps. We always enjoyed those. And they’ve taken them off the menu. We mentioned this to the manager and they said that they would make up a version of the dish for us. But they said they couldn’t replicate their old recipe because they could no longer source Firm tofu. What? The new off menu version had a completely different taste profile, and frankly tasted like something that you would get frozen from the grocery store. It’s a stage, the decor also seems very dated. It’s dark inside, reminding me of an 80s steakhouse. There’s nothing modern about this place now. The food doesn’t taste good. Any neighborhood takeout has better flavor in their dishes. On top of this. It’s overpriced for what you’re getting.

No wait! The hostess was very accommodating and we had Rachel at the Pgh waterfront location. She was the best server I ever had! You should give that girl a promotion !

Went to P.F. Chang’s for our anniversary on Friday, May 31, located at 1740 Sawgrass Mill Cir, Sunrise, Fla.
The waiter, Eyad was excellent and so was the meal.
Rate him above five stars. He was so accommodating.
Made our group very comfortable. Very attentive.
Will be going back there soon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My son ordered a crispy mandarin salad for me last Saturday at their Summit Place location in Alabama what I got vs what was on the menu is mind blowing
Look at the image of the salad on their menu and imagine receiving chopped greens with 3 pieces of chicken on top of it. We called and complained and sent it back for a refund but they made it over and sent it and it was the same thing. Seriously false advertising

PF Chang is my favorite restaurant. I did an online order today. I ordered 1sweet & sour chicken, 1 Mongolian beef, and 1 Mongolian beef with extra meat. The sweet & sour Chechen is all dried and not enough sauce. I ate 2 bites and could not eat anymore. Both Mongolian beef’s green onions were all bad so we could not eat them. I couldn't believe they served those foods. I trust PFChang's name but not anymore. I was so disappointed. I spent $72 dollar for bad food.

Very disappointing and insulting.
I have always been a fan of PF Chang.
Today, I drove to Knoxville to buy lunch for my sick husband. I ordered Mongolian Beef, lots of rice very little beef, and chewy at that. The side salad was very insulting, 1 cup of cheap supermarket lettuce for $3.50. I expect more from a restaurant of this quality. I will not return.

A place that never ever disappointed us for its quality of food and standard of serving. Delicious and mind blowing taste always brought such a joy to our visit. For us celebrating happy moments is to dine at P. F. Chang. We are only rich as rich as our memories are. Thank you for enriching our memories each time we visit.Thank you for the warmth and care you give us each time we visit. Thank you for the priceless smiles we leave with. Thank you from the chef to the staff that plays such a vital role to make this magic happen. We wish you all the best of best.

Had lunch at Changs recently. Had lettuce wraps. They need to start calling lettuce boats.. it was like 4 pieces of romaine lettuce. Never enough and they charge you extra for what should have been provided in the first place. The waitress had me the tablet with 25% select for the tip. Really 20% isn't enough.

Disappointing experience in Huntsville, AL. Had identical entrees (glass noodles) except hers was chicken, mine beef. Asked for mine to be spicy. Hers was spicy and she got severe heartburn as a result. Didn't feel the staff really cares about anything. Better off going somewhere else from now on. Dining out is expense, why should we waste our hard-earned money? BTW, their website has no way to provide feedback; a RED flag. But these days, does anyone care about anything?

Pf changs off Immokalee Rd in Naples , Fl very disappointed. Restaurant was dirty, dirty tables , food on the floor. That manager needs training .
Restaurant wasn’t busy and yet our food took awhile. Have been going to PF Changs for many yes but I don’t believe we’ll be returning to this one

We received our meal quickly and our waiter (Aiden) was very friendly! The food was delicious!

Booked PF Chang’s today and the waiters were wonderful (can’t remember their names) but we went at 10pm tonight if that helps! Especially our waiter and the lovely young lady who brought our food to us. Please praise and reward them for their efforts tonight, they went above and beyond and brought out a celebration desert as well free of charge, it was lovely to see such friendly and approachable staff :)

my friends and I went for dinner at P.F. Chang’s tonight. I ordered the green beans they came swimming in a pool of grease. We couldn’t eat them we sent them back. I ordered Mongolian beef and got an amount the size of a lunch menu we were there for dinner. It was the worst Mongolian beef I had ever had overcooked beef crispy tough hard to swallow. It was the worst meal I have ever had my friends ordered the Mongolian beef, same results, but they got two sides with their venue item. I wasn’t offered any sides. My one friend ordered Mongolian chicken, which was also cooked to dry tough, unable to chew chicken. Chicken is supposed to be very tender. This was not , she said her sides of cauliflower and sweet carrots were awful. I will never be going back to P.F. Chang’s again that meal cost me over $100.

We went to the location in Plano off the Tollway. Our waiter was Chip and despite an incredible amount of tables he was juggling he provided us excellent service. We even complemented him to his manager. I used to wait tables and I know when someone is good at their job and this veteran of the food industry was outstanding. Thank you for a fantastic experience Chip!

I recently had a disappointing experience at PF Chang's Boca Raton due to an encounter with the front desk lady. Upon arriving at the restaurant, my party and I were greeted by a young black lady with short hair pulled back into a ponytail. We were informed that there was a wait time of 1 hour and 30 minutes because the restaurant was supposedly at full capacity.

However, something seemed off about the situation. Doubting the accuracy of her statement, I quickly checked online and found that reservations were available for the same time slot we had requested. It became evident that she was either misinformed or deliberately misleading us.

Her demeanor only exacerbated the situation. She appeared overwhelmed and clearly exhibited a bad attitude, which made the interaction even more unpleasant. It was disappointing to see a lack of professionalism and courtesy from someone representing the front desk of a renowned restaurant chain like PF Chang's.

Ultimately, we managed to secure a reservation online and proceeded to dine at the restaurant without any issues. However, the initial encounter left a sour taste in our mouths and detracted from what could have been an enjoyable dining experience.

In the future, I hope that PF Chang's management addresses such instances promptly to ensure that all guests are treated with respect and receive accurate information from their staff.
