Don't ever play phcash casino online which is a Philippines casino online games. They are cheating or scammers. I won a 100k and they declined my withdrawal few times. After few minutes later, I have a half million rebates. Which is hard to withdraw. They say, my bet is abnormal. If I lost my bet is normal. If I win my bet is abnormal. Stole my money of nearly 12,000$. They want players to deposit several of hundreds and thousands of dollars. If the player wins a certain minor amount, they will pay it. BUT ! if you win a lot they will do everything in their power not to pay you.
I had some of my winnings paid after I contacted their license. THEN ! they blocked my account again and asked for notarized documents ! Which I sent to them ! .... They claimed they never got a reply from my notary and tell me they won't pay until they get a response.

Please everyone, save your money and play at casino's which don't have a license with Usoftgaming.

Extremely bad management. Used to allow players from Belgium and the Netherlands to play, and apparently changed this some months ago, so just banned all accounts from these countries.

No "we are changing our terms or service, please cash out your remaining bankroll by ..." email, nothing. Just decided they'd just ban the accounts and keep the players their money.

A winning football bet was settled as a loser. When I told them this they said they would void the bet and refund my stake.
