They declared shipping after 24/48 days…

They declared shipping after 24/48 days but after 7 days and many calls to ask information, they told me the parcel was finally shipped and they provided a tracking numeber.
But the parcel was still not shipped and the tracking number not working even if I paid for a trackable service.
They told me the parcel was shipped but it was not trackable because in the cauntry of origin the tracking is not working but still, it was not true.
Finlly, after 15 days, when I asked for a refund, they shipped the parcel and I had the confirmation that in the country of origin the tracking service was perfectly working.
The company is really not serious.
Don't trsut them.
I will ask again for a refund but for sure they will not give it to me, seen all the lies they told me.
