Changed my review as had said parcel not arrived but it has now. The tracking system looked like no shipment.

Ordered for my Nan who has Alzheimer’s
Ordered for my Nan who has Alzheimer’s, we have to put all of her medication into blister packs as she gets very confused and will mix up medication if we don’t. So I ordered the stickers to go over the top of the trays we already had double checked that they was the same ones that we had already had (again as to not confuse her further)was sent some that was the wrong way round (they sell both I checked) message them to say these are not what I had ordered. He responded the next day asking for my order number emailed back and haven’t heard anything since, I’ve messaged again asking for this to be sorted and been ignored. Not great customer service.

NOT an Original Brother TN3480…
Advertised an Original Brother TN3480 on their website with no mention of a compatible cartridge, which is what turned up. When phoning them, they first tried to say they wouldn't refund the postage charge, did agree, but insisted that I sent it back myself. AVOID.

Could do better waited 1 week to receive order after making repetitive attempts to find out where and why it was, so had to end up ordering elsewhere out of worry I'm going to runout where I got in the next day.
