I have not received my product after two weeks though the delivery date was shown as 15th June

order shipped before telling me that items weren't available
Five of the 7 items I ordered were unavailable. But they only notified me about the unavailable items after the parcel was shipped. I would have cancelled the entire order had I known that those items were unavailable. Not impressed!

I had an error in my order. I got charged for double what I wanted to order. I attempted to contact their support to reduce the order but it was shipped anyway.
