Great place for hard to find remedies
I was nervous to order from Canada to the US, but needed some hard to find natural meds. I made one order and due to a Canadian postal strike the order never shipped (I had been warned at checkout of shipping issues). When I requested a refund several weeks later they issued it right away. A while later the strike ended I made the order again, and it shipped out quickly and was received happily today. I feel safe to order from this company and would do so in the future.

My order was cancelled
My order was cancelled due to a lack of stock. I wanted to buy 20, and the site said there were over 70 available. Better inventory tracking would have meant that I was not disappointed.

Dear Celsie,
Thank you for your patience, and we truly apologize for the trouble you’ve experienced.
According to our records, your order was shipped and assigned tracking number ET492377057CA. However, the latest update from Canada Post shows a delay with no recent progress, and given how much time has passed, it’s possible that the parcel may have been lost in transit.
We completely understand your frustration, and we want to make things right.
If you would like us to reship your order, please contact us directly at info@pharmacy24.ca
, and our team will assist you right away.
Again, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
