I cannot fault anything
I cannot fault anything. I've spoken to customer service before, and the lady I had spoken to at the time was very friendly and patient with me, explaining how Pharmacy2U works. I've used this service for a few months now: every parcel is professionally packaged and on time from the moment the GP sends my prescription, through clinical/pharmacy checks and onto dispensing. There is a handy timeline of what stage your order is at, and everything. Similar to Amazon in that regard.
They even stopped splitting up boxes of medication and are now giving out full packets: E.G.: if your prescription says 28 tablets for 1 month's worth; Pharmacy2U will instead give you a full pack of 30 tablets. I have prior pharmacy experience and I know how irritating those leftover boxes of medication are - especially when you only have 2/4 tablets left in each box, and you're trying to fulfill a prescription. Good initiative to cut down on wasted time and effort.
