Do not order from them
I've ordered hair loss shampoo for oily hair but I've received shampoo for oily hair. After messaging back and forward nothing has been done. They've stopped replying to me.
After a week the company contacted me offering money back without returning the incorrect product. I still don't recommend because it takes forever. Anyway nice they've finally reacted. I'll return the wrong item because I don't need it

Never again, lost money because of their dishonesty or/and negligence
Update: The response statement from the seller below is untrue, since they did not respond at all, despite my numerous communications, and the issue remains unsolved to date. Instead of truly helping the customer, someone takes their time to post automated responses here, which adds to the offence. I personally never intend to use them again, and I will widely share my experience with Pharmacy club, as it is being terrible. I had bought from them before with no issues, so I did not expect that this would happen when an issue came up with my order, actually due to their own negligence.
Order 567483535061, they sent 2 wrong items and never responded to my communications where I specified clearly the item numbers of the two products that were NOT as described on the website and order (different flavour).
Even in the case of this item, described on their website and invoices as:
#8437010501517 Pbh Junior Toothpaste Strawberry 75ml
they denied that it was described as actually being in strawberry flavour, when in this case the evidence could not be clearer!
The seller's unwillingness and denial to correct their mistake and the inexistant customer service to facilitate this is disgraceful, and I do not recommend using them unless you want to risk losing money and being denied clear evidence of their shipping errors.
