Lovely experience
Thank you for a lovely experience. We had to order medicines online as the whole family had Covid. One of the shop assistance contacted me directly to let me know that the parcel is being delayed due to one of the items being out of stock. The item was back in stock the next day and the parcel was delayed by only 1 day. I feel the proactive communication added to the experience.

I received wrong items
I received wrong items, notified Pharmacystore.ie, They sent out "correct items" and requested I return the wrong items via the courier, which I did, upon opening the package only 1 item is correct of what I ordered. The other other 2 are wrong ones.

Next day delivery a bit longer, overall great service
I paid for next day delivery and ordered before the cut off but item didn’t arrive until the following day so I’d say bear that in mind when ordering next day delivery. Overall experience was great and item arrived well packaged and just as I ordered.
