Do not go to the Leduc Phamasave. The service is really bad. I use to go there and at first it was good. Then it started to get bad. They have hired people that don’t care. When I would get my medication there, I would end up always coming back to get the rest of my meds another time. They were constantly low on stock. I live out of town so it was very inconvenient for me. So knowing that they were always out of my meds, I would phone a week ahead to be able to get everything at once. On April 19th which was a Sunday, I called in to get my meds refilled and I told them at the time that I would pick them up through the week. I went Saturday April 25th to pick up the refills and the pharmacist said that there was no order for me. I was not happy. She said give me 15 minutes and I said I will wait in my car. When I came back 10 minutes later she started arguing with me and told me she was not going to fill my prescriptions because I told her that they were very disorganized. So I had to go to another pharmacy to transfer my medication in order to get my refills. I am glad that I was able to do that because the other pharmacy (Rexall) was very easy to get my meds. Now I do not have to deal with pharmasave anymore. In the fall time I also went to get my flu shot only to be told that there was no pharmacist available to administer the shot. That time, I had to get my vaccine at Shoppers. Again, no problem. I would highly recommend that a person should go to other pharmacies rather than deal with pharmasave. Very poor service

Don't get your meds at pharmasave, they have fake meds that don't work

I had a pharmasave gift card for 25.00. It was a gift to me with gift receipt. My local store refused the card (where it was purchased) saying they no longer accept or sell Pharmasave gift cards. No recourse, just sorry have a nice day, literally. My confidence in them being reputable is shaken, my message is be very careful in your dealings with this company as customer satisfaction doesn't appear to be a priority.

Great staff ,excellent service.The pharmacist is always available to answer all my questions and is very accommodating.

Horrible punctuality, Sundays open at 10am, NOPE 10:07am still not open, IT'S A PHARMACY WHERE PEOPLE NEED THEIR DAMN MEDICATION

Dude? Like seriously do you security guards play a game of how many people can I accuse of theft or is it i need to meet my quota. I tried emailing the owner of the new west store but apparently money is more important than customer care and satisfaction. Don’t bother answering christine because we all know it’s too much effort. You deserve zero stars but trust pilot will not allow it so you earn one lousy star out of protest! No I will not be back nor will I ever recommend your business to anyone. You harass belittle and accuse people of theft when they are innocent and expect us to spend money in your store? I don’t think so lady….so forget you! BIG fat F is what you get!
