Great prices, great service, fast delivery. They actually sent me an email with recommendation how to take my medicine to get the best result. It is a great feeling, that they care about their customers. Totally recommended.
Difficult experience. Ordered article was not available, the reimbursement was not arrived. Despite the notification that the reimburcement did not arrived, I have got the same statement (from Mrs Poetzsch) that it has been made on the 10.01 .After multiple calls and relaunches to the customer service I was able to get the Transaction ID to find the reimburcement. Finally, on the 13.02 (more than one month later on) I got the money back.

Because of the above, I recommend to buy from this site.
The products are good as expected, the ones that might spill carefully packed in a separate bag... but the delivery side is making you look bad as a company, like really bad.
The delivery guy rang the intercom once and then cancelled. To my surprise I got a delivery receipt in my mail (so he got in, but not bothered to take the elevator to the first floor... most likely as the package was damaged!? from transport) saying that I need to collect my package from a point that's quite far away.
This is incompetence at its best and DHL/post screw it up big time. It looks bad for you and yes, it would have been the same for me, as a customer, to go to an apotheke.
No the service I was expecting, deeply concerned for you from a business point of view. This should never happen, there is no excuse and this is the fastest way to loose customers.
