Thank you for your review, it's always very helpful for us to get to know what our users think.
We’re so sorry that your experience didn't match your expectations, but our service does not provide an immediate delivery, as it's clearly stated on our website.
All orders are collected by our riders directly at the pharmacy, and then delivered to the provided customers’ address at the selected time slot. This means that every delivery slot lasts three hours, the morning one is from 11 am to 2 pm and the evening one is from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Your order was delivered at 2pm, so it was on time, even if it wasn't fast enough to satisfy your urgent need.
We really hope our service was useful anyway and that, knowing how it works, you'll give us another chance in the future!
