Booked well in advance of flight for a same day antigen test in Southampton (paying extra £8). Phone call to tell me building works to sited offering to send a test kit. I insisted it be 4 days ahead of my flight and was reassured kit would arrive. No sign of kit so had to link elsewhere at short notice. Have been abroad and home again with no problems with other companies. Suggest you do not use this company. No sign of apology or refund.

Booked for day 2 PCR. Needed to cancel before departure as I got Covid. Cancellation fee of £40 per test! I find it appalling they make money of people like this. It was not my choice to cancel. I am already in distress due to Covid, cannot see my family…. And than they put this financial stress on you too. Bit of empathy would be nice

I had to book last minute when Covid rules changed right before a flight. I did the “urgent” same day test. Took my test at 2:30 PM and got my result before 7:30 PM. There was no line when I got there, and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. The staff was also nice and helped me bring in my luggage because I had to come straight from Heathrow.

Paid for 2 x 2 day travel tests back in October I didn’t receive. Multiple emails, telephone calls and threats to report them.
Promised to refund me on 29 October and still haven’t received it. Wrote a scathing review on their newly set up Facebook page which has now been closed down.

Making a hobby out of reporting them to government ombudsman and anyone else who’ll listen to me to get them removed from approved list.

Scam they are scamming you, don’t trust the good reviews.

Perfect service. Got exactly what I thought I was paying for, only more efficient and with better communication. The staff were efficient and friendly. The appointment times prompt. The premises clean and bright. They emailed me with reminders before each appointment and my Test to Release results (due from 5-10pm for same day results) actually came through by 4pm. Fully recommend these guys.

SCAM- Also called Same Day Clinic Coronavirus Tests. The results are not for the same day, in fact, you find out afterwards that you need to pay extra to get the results. When you try to cancel, £40 cancellation fee. When you try to get hold of them, it takes following up every time. Avoid Avoid Avoid

They call themselves all kinds of names. London Medical School etc. The phone help line is never manned, only an answer machine, and they never come back to you. The only e mail which works is pharmesthetics.com. Watch the spelling! They don't respond to emails unless accused of fraud. They run several businesses from the same site in Putney. Payment for PCR tests are taken up front when booking. If you cancel (we had to) they don't respond to e mails/phone calls. They charge £40 "admin" fee per payment to refund and after 4 weeks I have yet to receive a refund, nearly a month after paying. They are rip off merchants. Avoid at all costs.

I would give no stars if I could. Absolutely terrible company in Putney. We went for fit to fly test on Sunday morning. We were assured that results would be back Monday before 10pm at the latest. We were flying 8am Tuesday. My results back Sunday afternoon. My husbands never arrived and he could not fly. We tried to call. We sent emails. Nobody replies. Eventually it arrived Tuesday mid morning. He had to pay for another flight. Avoid this company at all costs.
