Fantastic service! The gentleman came out to my home in Tackley quickly. He fitted my new tyre and I was pleasantly surprised with the very reasonable cost. He was cheerful and pleasant, he appreciated my praise and gratitude. I would use Phillips again in a heart beat!

The staff at Phillips tyres are so helpful. I pulled in today and ordered tyres. I didn't have to do anything but show the staff my current tyres and select the brand. Brilliant. I have been to so many places where I have to select the tyre and order it online for a cheaper price without really knowing which to replace or which brand to choose. Thank you so much.

Such a quick fantastic service this morning after discovering a flat tyre overnight it was fixed with in 15 mins of arrival by polite staff. I can recommend Phillips Tyres for your tyre needs.Excellent helpful customer service. well done.5 ⭐

Workers should be more careful when working on customers' cars, if 1 customer goes to do work on the car, this does not mean that it must be destroyed, 1 the wheel bolts do not come loose with a pneumatic gun, you have to loosen them with a wrench first! (they destroyed the bolts on my car, I had to buy new ones, 2 they absolutely do not take care of the car rims, they scratch them, guys you should think that some cars cost money, and they need to be treated properly, I pay for the job, so be careful how you work!(OXFORD)

Took my car in for a tyre. Knew I needed one on the front but was told by Phillips tyres I needed 2 on the back otherwise it wouldn’t pass it’s MOT. I declined for them to replace the back 2 and took car for MOT… It passed with no advisory’s. Took it to another garage to make sure and they confirmed it didn’t need the 2 backs replacing. Feel a bit disappointed that they tried to take advantage of me so won’t be returning.

Jason looked after my daughter after she had had a flat tyre. He went out of his way to fit a temporary replacement wheel, thank you very much.

Shopped around on the internet for new tyres and decided that as I live lotcal to Castle Cary I'd give Phillips Tyres the opportunity to quote. I had a tyre in mind when I called and was surprised and delighted that Phillips were very competitive. Being just down the road I ordered 4 tyres which were delivered the following day and on my car the next .Very very pleased with all aspects will certainly go back again. Give them a go they beat all the majors and were extremely friendly to boot!

Awful service would never use again! Purchased a brand new tyre couple months ago and had a slow puncture with it since. Taken it to another garage as they were removing it the wheel weights completely fell off. And when the tyre was removed we saw that they hadn’t bothered to clean/remove any of the tyre corrosion and wasn’t bead sealed correctly. Would Never use again

Being a customer of many years I find the services offered to be friendly and cost wise reasonable , nothing is too much trouble for these guys .

Absolutely fantastic service. I had a puncture and called them. They told me that they thought they would be 90 minutes. They were exactly 90 minutes and took just 10 minutes to fix my tyre. Also gave me a written receipt to claim back from my roadside recovery company. In addition, their prices are great.

Phillips Tyres Bessemer close, Bicester. Excellent service as usual. Runflat not gone flat minor rust issue with the wheel, cleaned checked and all good. I always use them for my tyres and always recommend.

Yesterday we had the unforseen event of the loss of the rear silencer of our car. I popped into Phillips Tyres in Peterley Road Oxford to see how they could help. A check was made for availability and an offer made for us to have it replaced today. I took the car in and was able to wait while a ramp became available, relaxing in the very comfortable area. I had previously purchased a set of tyres for the car, and as previously found the service was professional yet friendly and excellent value for money. Top marks for first class service guys.
