Highly recommend Phonebox Telecom - since being introduced to Gokhan, I have found him to be knowledgeable and professional. I have recommended Phonebox Telecom to my customers and they have had an 'all round' great experience. Give them a call - what he doesn't know about telecoms, isn't worth knowing.
Excellent service - we use Phonebox for our office landlines and mobile phones and I would highly recommend!
VERY Bad service never able to reach customers service all I hear pre-recorded answering message never return calls after 20-25 min disconnecting our lines they act like big company looks like someone operating from basement leased a couple of line from big cell providers and services to local customers set up answering message sounded like a multibillion phone company which is not true recording says they are extremely busy 3rd party doing billing &porting numbers act like oriental supermarket never give curtsey or respect to customers think twice before you step into this MUD GOOD LUCK

A very poor experience ! I ordered my phone they confirmed the order and that was it. Two weeks later after 2 e mails I phoned them to be told them my pal pal account was hacked among others they dealt with and that my order looked suspicious. I ordered from America!
Very unapologetic and unprofessional. No effort to clean up the mess. Zero customer service ability. Don t order from them. My PayPal account had not been hacked.

Fantastic company, honest and customer focused. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service and great advice from Katie. Upon advice, I took out a great contract, buying at the best deal to get better deal. I bought an IPhone X later, (using a cash back) when they were released, but the prices of contracts was much higher.
Great advice, something the networks or larger dealers would not do, as they just want a quick sale instead of building a long term relationship with customers.
