Is it a scam

Would give zero if I could. This company has contacted my elderly mother by phone twice and managed to get her to pay £80 at least once for what I think is like a phone preference service to avoid nuisance calls. Like The National service that is usually free as far as I can gather from what she describes. No paperwork from them just money gone from her account. She’s 87 and a bit confused and very vulnerable. Pretty sure they’re scammers, company name is close to phoney too. Website is just words that don’t say anything about what they do. Shame on you! Hope I’ve got this wrong and they get in touch to set the record straight. I’m not holding my breath though
