Photobook deleted my project without any warning because I hadn’t worked on it in six months. This is a Christmas ornament book that I update once a year and will print when it is big enough. I tried to go in and update each summer so this wouldn’t happen. This year I forgot. They could not retrieve it for me. This is a terrible policy. The least they could do is warn you by email first.

In the past, you could compose your Photobook on your computer and upload your project when done. Now they make you compose on their site and then delete without warning if you don’t work on it for six months! I have made many photobooks with this company, but will never use them again. This was a ton of work over several years that was lost and will be difficult to recreate.

I bought a prepaid voucher for a 100 page standard bind landscape book. I created it and used expedited shipping and it arrived in 4 days, ahead of schedule. The book looks great!!

I ordered my photobook with premium paper and lay flat binding. I received it after two weeks of ordering. The printing and the material are good but the binding looks faulty. The book does not completely close. We have tried putting weight on it but that did not resolve the issue. I am suspecting the book may not last long.

I received a photo book and the quality of paper and print was very good. I didn’t receive what I had saved. I had so many issues when creating a project. After I’ve saved the project I was not able to open it and had to restart. After I was finally done, I couldn’t go on to pay and a representative log in and placed an order but it was for my previous work not their final project. I will never order from them again. Spent money and too much time and got my unfinished project printed.

I have been creating photo books of vacations, special occasions, etc. for years using various companies but Photobook America is, by far, the BEST! Easy to use, terrific customer service and awesome finished product! I am proud to show family and guests my creations and their comments make me proud of the end result. Photobook America is now the ONLY company I will use and I strongly recommend them.

The web designer is easy to use. The quality of the photobooks are good, and the price is affordable when there are sales. Shipping is fairly fast. When I have had issues, the customer service has been very helpful.

For several years, I have made photobooks from this company and think they are the best and have the BEST deals. But suddenly, I got no response to my August 30th order, then my October 12th order was given Tracking information which showed it was shipped. However, it was just an envelope with no book inside. I hope I can get both orders resolved. They seem to have a problem with emails.

Website for checkout is lacking when using multiple coupons, not an advanced program at all, coupons appeared to get put on the wrong item. I had 2 projects and 6 coupons and was ordering 17 books. It is not intuitive at all, customer service was a little help telling me that even though it says you can enter duplicate coupons, you have to duplicate the project and then apply the coupon where you want it but the screen that appears when it asks you that appears to have already applied it. Soooo confusing. I spent over 2 hours trying to get the coupons applied correctly. Of course the coupons are 50 million characters long and couldn't really copy and paste so ended up typing them in 100 times. Finally gave up trying for a single order and did it as two orders since I had a coupon for 10 books and that seemed to help. Realized after the fact that its their glitch that shows you a $0 price as if you applied the coupon, and not what the price was before, leading you to be totally confused as to which item you were applying the coupon too. Not made for multiple books and coupons.

Then also the shipping and tarriffs are now $36.00 for 7 books. In the end I'm not sure it was worth the aggravation. Program is okay, very labor intensive if making your own book from scratch trying to snap to grid to line stuff up.

I have been using Photobook now for about 7 years. I use it for photobooks. I love the coupons they offer. I like the lay flat 8.5 x 11 flatbooks; however, I love the 11 x 14 layflat books!

The photos were in date order so it was easy to insert them into the photobook. The photo area was large enough to see as I scrolled thru. The photos were easy to resize and place in the book. I like that there were vouchers available for a discount.

Photobook is my first choice when I make my books they are well crafted and make a great present for me to give to my friends and family.

Easy process to extend voucher expiration date

I've made close to a dozen photo books with Photobook America, and have been extremely pleased with each experience. I always recommend them to my family and friends due to their high quality and expert customer support. My last project was an Epic Photobook; I was so happy with the final product that I ordered two additional copies to give as gifts!

I have been using Photobook America for more than 5 years. This is the best Photobook I have tried from several brands. The quality is good and it is user friendly. Anyone can make an album with ease and treasure their families’ lifetime memories.

I have been using Photobook since 2014 for all of my travel and family portrait books. I love it!
The desktop designer platform that I use is easy to maneuver, very flexible and pretty intuitive. The books are amazing!
I recently had 2 books created—one Layflat and one perfect binding. I like them both for different reasons (though I mostly get the layflat).
The prices are fair—especially since they often offer specials on their vouchers.
I highly recommend Photobook!

Easy to build a great book…also easy to extend my voucher.

Photobook America always has fast delivery and great printing quality. My favorite thing is that I can build a book off-line. The rare times I have ever needed customer service, they have been easy to reach and very helpful.

I have made phonebook and calendars with Photobook America. I especially like the vertical calendar. This format seems to be unique to this website. (I have never seen the same style in other companies.) It showcases several photos each month while I can write daily memo.
