PhotoCare Danmark Reviews 

There are many bad reviews and I'm honestly quite surprised. I've only been to PhotoCare maybe five times, but everytime was extremely pleasant and proffessional.

I had my daughters passport photo taken today and the gentleman who took it was very good with her, making her smile and focus on the camera. It took no more than 60 seconds to take and another two minutes to print the photos.

I spoke to them on the phone afterwards and the lady on the phone was very sweet and helpful too. I thought I could access the photo digitally on my PC with the barcode, but that wasn't possible, so she sent it to my e-mail. That's great customer service.

This was in Fredericia. Maybe they are just better than the other offices, I don't know, but thank you. I hope they see this review and know that we appreciate them.

This Photocare is the WORST photo studio EVER!!! I do not recommend this place

I felt that I got scammed by this elderly woman who took a picture for my pas foto.

She got the worse attitude I ever seen.

She have time to take a pic like literally, one click one pic… as I sat down and she said close your mouth and looked on the camera, suddenly “click” I wasn’t even ready and after that she said “thats all you can wait outside and pay”… She didn’t even showed me how it look !!

After I payed , she began to printing it out.

Again I still haven’t seen my picture. I don’t know how it looked or how I looked ..

When I saw the picture and I was extremely dissatisfied…. And told her that I was dissatisfied with the outcome…

And she blame me for not telling her how to do her job 😂!?

I’d ask if she can take a new picture because I didn’t saw how it looked .. and she told me that it would cost extra ?!?!?!?

I was so furious and left … luckily I found A way better photo studio called Click at boulevard I highly recommend this place so professional and very friendly and it cost less than this “Photo care” incompetent and unprofessional staff or at least this elderly woman!

You shouldn’t call yourself Photo”care” if you don’t care about your clients/customers

Had a wonderful experience at photocare Fredericia. The staff was incredibly nice, listened to our wishes for the photos and they made sure my daughter had a great time when we had her photos taken at the store. They were very flexible and understanding when it came to scheduling too!
Now my daughter wants to have her photos taken again every time we walk by the store.
Thank you, and see you next time we want some good photos from nice people.

Quick service, very friendly staff.

Not satisfied with the quality of their pasfoto. My 2yr old just had her pasfoto in photocare køge and there is no proper lighting so the print is a bit gloomy, and the picture is not sharp. Bad photo in general.
150kr for a not so good product.

Unprofessional and rude
I have used Photo Care on two occasions. The first one because I bought a Nikon d750, second because I used a coupon I received as a gift the moment I bought the camera. When ordering the camera, over the internet, I received an email stating I will get it in 2-3 business days. It took them 8 days to deliver it (of course, no apologies involved). I went to pick it up in the store in Norreport. When home, opened the box and the camera had no battery. I call them to talk about it and the answer was: 'it's not my problem, just come back and take a battery.' The attitude was so rude and made me feel that I was the guilty one for not having a battery in the camera I just paid a lot of money for (13000).
The second time I went, with the gift coupon to print 100 photos, they were rude and sarcastic when I asked questions (a different employee this time). Still, it makes me think they hire employees only if they pass the test of being unprofessional and rude. If you can, use another shop. Not worth the stress.

I have just been in that shop the other day. The camera was bought in my partner's name, online from your website and delivered in this particular store.

Great service, the team went the extra mile.

Very fast delivery. The lense works perfectly. I love it.
Recomentd this store if you like to buy photo gear. I don't know how good they are in photo printing cause never tried.

I can write a whole page here about how terrible my experience was with Photocare in Frederiksberg KBH but i dont want to bore you. In a nut shall, sloppy untrained, uneducated rude staff and serious lack of customer care. Ruined my films and the scans, lied about the service they offer and was completely reluctant to acknowledge their mistakes and find a solution. I am a professional photographer with 15 years experience and i never seen something like that...

HORRIBLE!!! COSTUMER SERVICE, ARROGANT PEOPLE TOWARDS CLIENTS AND ONE SAY ONE THING THE OTHER SAY ANOTHER! ASK VERY WELL THE PRICES IF YOU CAN TO ALL OF THEM WORKING THERE OTHERWISE AT THE END YOU WILL ENDED UP WITH A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND EXTREMLY EXPENSIVE PHOTOS, and if you anyway want to take a chance then book your shoot with the one name Kenneth we had a very good experience with him last year from start to end, very good photos and the price he said at the begining was the same we payed at the end!
