Failed to deliver.
.Despite repeated e-mail communication, going on for months, and a series of promises (all of them broken), this company has, effectively, stolen from me by short-delivery and failure to make up that shortfall. It has, of course, taken my money via credit card. I am almost at a complete loss to know how to handle this evasion and theft, except to advise everybody else not to do business with PhotoGlossy
