Never again!!! Lost time and money! I tried to use their services to get photos printed. After waiting time of literally a month for 5-10 photos and 5 different days where I stayed at home to wait for the courier, my package never arrived and was claimed as "rejected and sent back to the sender". No money received back so far... No comment about this business model and why this company is allowed to be on the UAE market which claims to have a strict legal regulation.

Really a beautiful site to print desired photos from my collection. The quality of paper and print quality is awesome. Perfect packaging and delivery. Only disadvantage is to resize photo.

Placed an order over a month ago and still haven't received it! Their customer support replies every few days with a new date of delivery that never happens. Then replies that you will receive it tomorrow!! Which still doesn't happen. They refuse to refund the amount and the 5 business days they promised have no become 40 days! They also ship from outside of the UAE so definitely not worth it

Ordered on 26 June 2025, for 5R pics. Today is 4 July 2025 and it's still not here yet
Was charged $5.20 for shipping just for 11 pcs of photos.

The same day i ordered from photobook and the Hardcover Photobook has arrived with free shipping.

Terrible quality photos. And when I wrote to them about it only got a response back 12 days later with a 'tough luck'. AVOID

Never received photos
Kept saying nobody was home to deliver
No attempt was ever made to deliver or contact me
Still chasing now
They have said they are sending a new set but I assume I will never receive this looking at the other reviews here
thank goodness I only spent 100aed and 20 mins of my time - would hate to have had a huge project go missing

The pictures never got delivered and the after sales stopped answering. It's a scam, those liars should be in jail.

i changed my rating to 2 stars because i recieved my order in good condition but my god was the experience so awful, they robbed me out of 20$ USD in total for fast shipping and it was a MONTH late, after that they forced me to pick it up AFTER I PAYED SO MUCH for delivery and they made me pay extra to pick it up???? They only replied after I reported them on cyberfraud websites that notified them, too awful experience and definitely will never do it again

Photojaanic is absolutely fantastic. I used it to create my wedding albums. They have great options, wonderful delivery and impeccable quality. It us very delightful to use their tool to customize your uploaded photos into an album.

i Order a Designed by me as printed photo book , as gift , it was an ai story for a family kid bithday , i got it to be shipped to UAE and i got it after 1 week only , the quality was really good and the colours amazing . also its less expensive then other sites i really recommend them .

After spending about 16 hours creating a photo album, and trying to order it, the price increased 35% (absit 4500 RS) at the last step of entering my debit card number. When I tried to back up to a previous screen, the entire project and all the uploaded photos were lost (even though I had saved them several times over the past week while working on it). I will not use them again.

I received a message a few days after my order that the photo albums I designed were shipped. It took a month to get them and they didn't reply to my requests. But I finally received them and the work was good quality.

Dishonest business practices.
Marketing email offers "free shipping on orders above $XX" and "up to 50% off" selected products, but did not mention that you can only use either "free shipping" or "discount" - not both.
Website offers 20% discount on prints, but when the discount code does not work, CSO initially thought there might be an error, but after checking, tells me it is only valid for quantity above 50. And nowhere on their website was this stated.

Quality is not not good ,photos were very clean but after printing it become dark in photobook

I made an order for custom photo prints and it was holiday season so insisted to be taken up and shipped on priority..they didn't guarantee the delivery but really tried to make the best effort by helping to print and ship the order the very next day and thankfully it reached with in 2 days to my location in chennai before the holidays started.Really appreciate their quick response for my order. They quality is perfect with affordable price!!!!
