It's ok.
In general, it was rather quick but quite expensive for the poster. We got the canvas only option and it smells a lot of chemicals to be honest, I am trying to air the room for couple of weeks now. Also, the picture (map) is so wrong actually :D countries are in the wrong place completely...

I am glad to hear that you are pleased with how our customer service handled your concern. All our images are high-resolution fitted to be printed as murals. In some cases, depending on the size of the wall, you need some viewing distance to the mural and consider the subject as a whole.
We would have recommended ordering a printed sample prior to ordering the actual wallpaper so you can see the detailed image of what the motif looks like up close.
I can see that our customer service has booked the return for you, refunded the money, and have been in contact with you regarding this.

I can see that we have been in touch last week about that all our wall papers are printed on 45 cm wide panels, and informed about how to return and get a refund.
It is no problem to return your order for any reason as long as you get in touch within 30 days from receiving it.
We also print some motifs on posters, available in fixed sizes.
