The prints are of good quality but some of them had a magenta cast to them which is a shame as the ones without the cast are brilliant.

We have had a look at your order and three of the images you uploaded have a very strong magenta cast to them - this is not something we have done, but it's how the images are. We have offered to reprint these free of charge as a goodwill gesture or refund the images but haven't yet heard back. Could you please get in touch so we can resolve this for you?

Ordered my prints on Sunday afternoon - they arrived Monday morning (I did select next day delivery) the quality was fabulous. I had ordered from Snapfish but was not happy so ordered from PhotoZone. Excellent service!

I have been ordering weekly from Photo Zone for my business and all orders have been fantastic.
Beautiful quality and finish on the A-size prints (my orders have been A5/4/3/2), plus the fast delivery is helpful for being able to deliver a fast turnaround for my own customers too.
Attentive customer service - I'd forgotten to add one 6x4 print onto an order, so they added it on at no extra charge (also meaning I didn't have to pay an extra delivery fee for one 6x4).

Excellent all round service

Just fabulous service
Just fabulous service. I ordered two collages of photos for my dad's funeral, and realised I'd ordered the wrong size (A2 instead of A1) once they arrived. Totally my fault. I rang Photo Zone on a Saturday morning and spoke to Lara, to see if I could get A1 collages for Monday!! Two fabulous collages (the right size!) turned up by 8.30 on the Monday morning. Duly framed that evening and at the wake the next day. Would definitely use again 😊

In August I had US passport photos done at Photo Zone. Because of a glitch in our ISP, I had to delay submitting the application as we were locked out of our online banking. By the time it was sorted ten days later, the photos had become separated from the application and vanished--probably thrown out by mistake for junk mail. Charlotte was able to track down the image based on rough date, surname, and a scanned copy of a previous passport photo. I collected the new prints yesterday, and Photo Zone provided them free of charge. Wonderful service!
