The only thing I dislike about this product is that, after a while, it seems to make the filter button on the actual jug go green & also a green film coats the inside of the jug. I never had this with the "original" filters. It doesn't affect the water quality I don't think & is easy enough to remove with a sterilising tablet
The Phox Clean refill pack is very good value for money and equally important much better for the environment. I am no longer having to throw away or recycle plastic cartridges each month. Thank you.

It's such great value for money, it's waste free and the order is always on time for my refill. I live in London with terrible tap water. This product has changed my drinking habits for the better and I'll never go back. This is an order you won't regret!

This is the BEST Water filter on the market. Just so good. Great value for money they come in compostable packaging. Everything is brilliantly thought out to be able to drink delicious water from your tap with the nasties removed thoughtfully without literally costing the earth.

Now changed to yearly pack, But quarterly pack arrived on time so didn't have to worry about re ordering etc. Great taste don' like water from the tap now

Great idea & works well at preventing limescale build-up. However, in order to keep the water filtering properly, it’s necessary to remove filter, shake & force water through the holes at the bottom. This is despite clearing the holes every time the granules are changed.

I was buying bottled water for years which obviously used a a lot of plastic so I thought I would try these after seeing it advertised.and I’ve been using Phox sachets ever since which for me has been great ..I have both jugs the white one in the fridge for drinking and the taste is nice and fresh, the glass one I have on worktop which I use in the kettle for brews …
