There is 500 people waiting on the line for passport control and there is only 2 passport control officer!!!!!!
There is on the line people with the kids and nobody even care about it.
They made express checkout and 1 person is 45USD.
PEOLE DOSENT NEED TO PAY THIS!
2026 and you put people to wait like this!

SO WRONG!!!

Extremely long queues on departure at passport control. We queued for at least 45 minutes when they said the wait time was 11 minutes. Most of the counters were closed. Never met such rude staff. My husband has part of a finger missing and showed the member of staff before he put his prints on the pad. She kept tapping the screen to tell him he wasn’t doing it right and eventually when she accepted it she slammed his passport down at him. All through the airport and bar/shopping area the thin carpet was filthy and stained. When we went to our gate there were three gates close together with inadequate seating so it was literally a mass of people queuing at each gates and hard to know which queue we should be in. The only smile was from the young guy who checked our boarding pass and passport just before boarding. Never again!

I have never experienced staff like this in my life and I am 50 years old! I was travelling as a lone female traveller and I was shouted at by security staff for not having an old school boarding pass as they do not accept QR codes. I had food poisoning that particular day and was very tearful and one of them said don’t cry and the rest of her colleagues started laughing. I would like to see their policy that states you cannot go through security without an old school boarding pass. The staff put me off going back to Thailand. Pure evil.

AirPort is nice, but the staff are rude and not service minded. It feels like you left Thailand and landed in a unfriendly country

Unacceptable waiting / queing at immigration. Immigration officer booths not fully manned. Restaurant area grimey. Staff at restaurants untypically ( for Thailand ) sour.
