Website really good delivery courier not so
Website really good , products excellent, however using Evri as a courier who therefore represents Physioroom is very poor, which will only reflect against Physioroom. My suggestion would be use a more reliable courier, DPD as an example

Lack of communication after purchase…
Lack of communication after purchase regarding confirmation of purchase and tracking details. I had to email and ask for this. Then my suspension trainer didn’t have instructions included and I had to email and ask for this.
The product seems good.

Very disappointed
Sadly despite measuring the wrist to ascertain the size of wrist support to order, it did not fit at all! Extra large ordered, but the Velcro straps were so short and stiff, it wouldn’t close. No use at all and got a different one at Amazon, which was perfect and cheaper. On the plus side, the item did arrive quickly.

First time using Physioroom
First time using Physioroom. Easy to use website for purchse. Immediate conformation of order, notified again at dispatch within 48 hours and item received 2 days later. Excellent service. Ankle strapping was great for the price. Recently broke ankle and strained ligaments etc - used this brace for support after stopping use of nhs boot - with laces and figure of 8 webbing on velcro I was wholly confident I couldn't turn my ankle again during early recovery process. Would recommend this supplier and this product. Thank you Physioroom.

Concerned this is a scam UPDATED
Terrible communication which has left me concerned that this is a scam company that has just taken my money and will not deliver the goods. They emailed me a URL to track my order which links to a non-existent site, and the reply I sent to the email address to notify them was bounced back. They have no customer service number on their website or in the footers of their emails, and the only customer service email advertised seems not to be staffed. If this is not a scam but simply appalling customer service I will amend my review accordingly, but right now I do not hold out much hope.
UPDATED: Am amending my review as promised and upgrading my score from one star because the items did arrive very soon after I had written it and I am happy with them. But the points I made above about communication still stand (hence four stars not five) - addressing them so that customers are not left in limbo without working URLs/tracking links/a phone number would help to reassure buyers that this is a legitimate and professional business.
